Buderim United Churches Soccer Club

Buderim United Churches Soccer Club (BUCSC), founded in 1984, is a long established and successful club affiliated with the Sunshine Coast Churches Soccer Association (SCCSA).

In 2006, BUCSC had in excess of 290 players and 27 teams in the SCCSA competition, ranging in age from Under 6′s up to Under 15/16.

They offer quality soccer for both girls and boys in a friendly family environment, with the emphasis on enjoyment of the sport in junior teams (up to Under 10), and opportunities to grow and develop as a player in the competitive age groups.

The club is a not for profit, community based sporting club which promotes – Fun, Fitness and Friendship, through soccer. The club offers Parents the opportunity to watch their child play the world game and to have fun at the same time. Children can play with school kids the same age. To facilitate complete family involvement, parents are encouraged to get involved as coaches, managers and of course, cheering from the sidelines.

The home grounds are at Maroochydore at Fishermans Road, this complex is modern and very easy to access. They have 4 fields operating at the same time and a canteen for all refreshments. Toilets are available. No dogs are permitted at these grounds.soccer playersPrices are very affordable for competition which runs for 18 games. (+finals), the club provides team strips for all players for competition.

Parents need to supply socks, shorts, boots and shin pads. (also mandatory for training). All games are played on Saturdays.

The club has a committee of devoted parents that represent the children’s best interests in both club level as well as rep squads.

The club believes that to be happy in sport is to be happy in life.

Importantly, the committee can not last forever, so they ask for new people to join and voice their ideas. Call 5456 2069 if you would like to be involved with the committee!

Locate the home grounds on the Buderim Map ” Services Locator” – select clubs.

The fields are so new they are yet to appear on the google maps, but you will get a good idea of the location.
