Dear Friend of Oriana

Do you love Thai food? Do you enjoy My Kitchen Rules and Master Chef? Do you aspire to extending your cooking skills? If so, Oriana is about to embark on an exciting fundraiser.

The Spirit House at Yandina is hosting a cooking class with a very generous offer. For each person who enrols in the class, the Spirit House will donate one-third of the cost to Oriana.

http://www.spirithouse.com.au/school

Class participants will be undertaking the Fast Fab Thai course in which they will learn how to prepare and present the following delicious Thai dishes:

Stir fried Prawns with Curry, Spice, Ginger and Basil

Seared Atlantic Salmon with Caramel and Lime

Pork Larb with fresh Herb, Salad and Hot and Sour Dressing

Chicken Breast in Coconut Milk, Chilli Jam, Kaffir Lime

Coconut Panna Cotta with Mango and Passionfruit Salad

All these recipes are gluten free, thus making the course attractive to a greater number of people, as well as making it easier for you to cater for your own dinner guests.

The course will run from 4:30 – 9:00pm on Wednesday 8th June 2016, at Spirit House, 20 Ninderry Road, Yandina.

Total cost is $150 which includes recipes, apron, shared meal and beverages.

The cut-off date for enrolments is 25th May and payment in full needs to be made by that date.

Everyone who takes part in the course will not only have the wonderful experience of cooking and enjoying these beautiful dishes, but will also be raising $50 for the choir. http://www.oriana.org.au/events/whats-next/

Kendall Snowden will be liaising between Oriana and Spirit House in organising course numbers etc. So if the prospect of doing this course has whetted your appetite, please contact Kendall on 5472 7209.
